I dont have the heart to leave 1 star. This place is legit understaffed. Only 2 workers on staff and I get the sense 1 of them is brand new or obviously poorly trained. The other guy refused to speak. So maybe theres a medical condition or somethingpreventing speech. This is definitely my last visit to this location and quite possibly will never go to another locstion. I'min the store now and I've got 2nd hand embarrassment from the bad vibes. I secretly hope this is a hidden camera show becauseit's so so so bad here.

This restaurant is a complete joke. Do not waste your time selecting your bread as you will always end up with wheat. It's better to have your order delivered and give a generous tip to your driver, as the staff here seem to enjoy ignoring customers. When they finally acknowledge you, they will all ask for your name one by one, just to confirm that your sandwich (which was supposed to be ready for pickup 5 minutes ago) is still not prepared, before disappearing to the back of the restaurant.

I visited Jersey Mike's and had to wait five minutes to order food while one employee was standing around doing nothing and another was taking a phone order. After placing my order and paying, I waited 15 minutes for my food, only to find out they hadn't even started making it. I asked for a refund but was refused. I had to file a fraudulent claim with my bank to get my money back. The service was horrible, rude, and overall terrible.

Today, I placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant only to find that the Health Department had closed it due to a vermin infestation. It was shocking to see that the store was still accepting online orders while remaining open. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
