Jericho Palace - Reservar uma mesa

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with the owner Bobby of New Indo Events (Jericho Palace) ! I booked Bobby last year to decorate my Wedding Venue. I ended up firing him because he was quite obnoxious and unprofessional. He actually made my wife cry over the phone and was very unapologetic. We fired Bobby because he refused to decorate our Wedding Hall as per our signed contract. He didn't want to give me my refund money back, but after I told him I'll file a lawsuit against him, he became compliant. During our Whatsapp conversation, he started deleting the Whatsapp messages because he knew he was wrong. Like who deletes Whatsapp messages, only a professional moron. Regardless, I screenshot all of my coversation with Bobby and planned to use it in court. Honestly, I would NEVER recommend Bobby nor his business (New Indo Event/ Jericho Palace) to anyone, especially people of the West Indian (Indo and Afro Carribean) community. Take your money and invest it elsewhere because Bobby and his business don't deserve it nor your precious time. He clearly lacks people and business management skills. Bobby's customer service skills is derived from the garbage. He's probably going to write a response under my review to cover himself. ?

Came here for a few events, the place is so dirty! Even at the beginning of an event or when they are showing it for a venue. They just don't clean it properly. The bathrooms are in the basement and those are so dirty and smelly also. The guy that they put to bartend, just wastes liquor. You are better off getting your own bartender.

Review based on takeout only. The chicken biryani had good flavor spice, I’d probably get it again. The chicken tikka masala was very sweet for some reason, not very flavorful and extremely oily. I spooned some oil out but I feel like it barely helped. The jeera rice tasted more like ghee than anything else but the naan was good.

I ordered food from here via Uber eat, and there was two roaches in it as soon as I opened it. I ordered Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream.
