Incredible gastronomic experience at Gallina Negra. We tried the long menu (7 savory dishes and 2 sweet ones) and we loved the proposal. Traditional dishes reinvented in an original way. Varied winery at a more than reasonable price. And the exceptional Room: kindness, elegance and professionalism in equal parts. It is on its way to becoming one of the essentials in Valencia. A fantastic surprise. We were in the new place, we found it almost by chance looking for restaurants in the area and we had a magnificent experience. A dinner for 10, very original, with excellent service. Super recommended!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
