Jason's Deli - Reservar uma mesa

completely unacceptable. ordered a grilled cheese that was supposed to have monster cheddar and bacon and theres barely us one slice of cheese and one piece of bacon. it looks like it was made two days ago and reheated as the cheese is completely absorbed into the bread. my son got a beefeater sandwich that was $18 and its smaller than my fingers in length. looks like half of what it should have been according to the photos. then they forgot his drink as well. as Ive complained multiple times just put in the bag whats on the receipt its pretty simple but nobody seems to be able to do it going to try to call the restaurant but it looks like a third party fulfilled this so not sure whos garage and toaster oven they made this in but this is definitely not Jasons deli quality

The food overall was pretty good. Especially the soup! The only thing that was really disappointing was the portion size of the sandwich. I understand that pictures and marketing are shot in a way to make the items as appealing as possible, but this sandwich as a whole was about the size of a half sandwich when you put it all together. Not sure whom was on the grill today, but that was quite a sad outing. Hopefully this was just a one time thing, as I have not been to/ordered from a Jasons Deli in quite a long time. May need to hold off on potential future orders. At least when it comes to anything grilled cheese related anyway.

The Mac n Cheese was not good, and the soup was extremely watered down. The sandwich was okay, but I was missing both my drink and my side. Not Jasons Deli usual standard of quality today.

food was okay. 2 sandwiches came with no mustard on them, making them really dry. none of the sandwiches had pickles to them. the gumbo was mainly broth with no shrimp or any sustenance.

Chips and pickles missing from our sandwich items even though we selected them. Desserts werent available but we were happy with the substitution. Food great otherwise.
