I spent a long weekend in the Jagstmühle and felt very comfortable there. The booked room was in the new building, was very generously cut, harmoniously furnished and had a spacious, modern daylight bath. The pleasant aspects of the Jagstmühle are in addition to the tranquility that brings the seclusion, the super friendly and very friendly service staff and the great restaurant. We took the breakfast buffet in the new building: It is a small but fine selection of delicious rolls, various types of bread, fish, sausage, cheese, cereals, jams, fruits, yogurt, quark, eggs, freshly squeezed fruit juices and fresh waffles. I felt no lack... on the contrary... and very important: The freshly roasted coffee tasted very good. In the restaurant I enjoyed every meal in the three days that were all at a high level. The wine map is well sorted by my taste: In addition to a small but fine selection of regional wines, regional and international cultivation areas are well represented. At the price of the performance level there is a half-star trigger, as I considered the price of the performance ratio in one or the other as athletic. The Jagstmühle loses the other half-star by a service in the restaurant, which is sometimes not high: I don't think the appetizers should be served with butter/fresh cheese before bread. You should also have gotten the aperitif at this time... But summa summarum is the mocking at a fairly high level, so I will be happy to go back to the Jagstmühle at any time!
