I decided to order a takeaway as I could not be bothered cooking, so got on to just eat and thought yes nice kebab and chips, you can’t go wrong here. Was I wrong, fast and efficient delivery, food, well let me say I binned it I did no5 even give it to the dog. The chips were cold and soggy, the kebab meat some looked like it was from yesterday, you know how it goes hard, some was okay but overall it was cold/ warmish. So I thought, okay give them a call and give some feedback, was not really looking for money back, did that go wrong, they don’t want feedback, they have the payment and are not interested. I had no intention of writing a review, but based on the call I had, well I am. FOOD POOR QUALITY FOOD WARMISH AT BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT Will I be using them again.......NO
I called the restaurant to enquire about why the driver was late. and he said there was nothing he could do and then the man on the phone hung up! I paid £12 for the food and waited 30 mins on top of then another 20 min. the customer service was appalling. I called again and the man swore at me and said there was nothing he could do he cant tell the driver to hurry up. he did not apolgise for being late he just hung up agaim.
Over 2 hours wait for a delivery , istanbul is defo not what it used to be. Phoned up once to ask where the food was and was told it was “with the driver” by a rude and abrupt woman, and then when phoned again (30 mins later), was told that the food had only been made 20 mins ago and they blamed it on the delivery driver. Food was average, never ordering again… AVOID!
