Indigo - Reservar uma mesa

So, this is a great looking restaurant but let's be clear. Like Bazas as a whole, this place is all about the beef and if you like steak, this is absolutely the place for you. But it's not just that. My wife literally welled up...with how good the overall meal was. The petit fours for desert were mind-blowing, each one perfect. The deep-fried whitebait starter was wonderfully tasty. Come hungry, the portions are generous. We've eaten well globally but this was among the better meals we've ever had. Just don't bring a Vegan. Loved it!

I do not normally eat beef in France as I find it mostly tough, however in Bazas which is famous for beef cattle I h Dined in indigo and the chefs recommendation was tenderloin of beef with girolle mushrooms. This was the best steak I...have eaten in a long time and without exaggeration could have cut it with my fork. The starters and desserts were also excellent. Two starters,two tenderloin,one dessert and a litre of house wine came to less than euro which for the quality was superb value

As we visited Bazas, the côte de boeuf bazadaise was unmissabled to eat ! We shared in Indigo an awesome prime rib of beef, with potatoes baking in duck fat... Local and delicious. We drank a good glass of wine and had a pavlova for...dessert. The restaurant is spacious and convivial. The kitchen is opened on the room so you can see the chef cooking. Bazas beef a must eat for meat lovers !

This restaurant is quite elegant yet affordable and the food doesn’t disappoint. The set lunch is a good value, and the owner having lived abroad, it is possible to find some exotic dishes very well prepared.

Bazas is a city with very spécial beef meat. We had the chance to try it at Indigo. The very kind people and service ad to the quality of the food to make a perfect moment.
