Ihop - Reservar uma mesa

IHOP deserves zero stars after what we received tonight. We picked up dinner tonight and received burnt food. It is obvious that the cook saw the burnt food and did not care to remake it. It does not take long to remake this food, especially since it is so easy and quick to make. Also, the hostess or whoever is in charge of putting to-go orders together also did not care because there is no way they did not see the burnt food while packaging it up. This is completely unacceptable from both people. Not only could you tell it was burnt but it smelled and tasted like it. The omelet we ordered was supposed to have onions and green peppers but it was not added and the meat was very dry.

Every time my husband i come here, it?s packed, BUT the wait time is never what they say it?ll be, it takes less! Servers are always fast have never gotten an order wrong, everyone is very polite. Food is also always what we expect. On the picture here it is the chicken supreme i think it?s called in a bowl. Very good gets you full!

I will NEVER order at this iHop EVER again!!! My order was supposed to be ready by 10:56. I got in there on time, had to wait another 20 minutes for pancakes. It was busy, I get it. I waited that 20+ minutes to get small, tough pancakes! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not acceptable! I'm just done with ihop altogether.

Understaffed. Manager was the only one paying attention to people entering the restaurant. Packed seating today. Hosts/hostesses were standing around rather than assisting anyone or helping the kitchen.

Service was fast and good. Food surprisly was pretty good. We went to try the peanut butter hot chocolate they didn't have any ???? But good we went this restaurant wasn't in my list now it is.
