We were ignored for a while when we entered. My husband began trying to get someone's attention and finally someone stopped what they were doing to help us. The place was a mess, food all over in front of the kitchen, tons of messy tables, only one employee acknowledged us with intent and friendliness during our whole visit. Our waitress kept leaving us before we could get more then a few words out. She apologized every time that she abruptly walked away or disappeared. I didn't enjoy our visit AT ALL. I ate my food and got full and that's all I really came for, but if the environment isn't welcoming and it's chaotic it's going to make people NOT want to come back.
First time visiting this location. We asked for a mushroom spinach omelette as always but it was 98% eggs, 3 pieces of mushrooms and no dressing... I didn't complain but kitchen must do a better job stuffing the omelettes. There was no Gluten Free pancakes available (main reason we go as our 3 years old toddler is very allergic to wheat). Service was amazing, we left happy from our lunch thanks to her.
I arrived at IHOP to hoping I would be able to redeem my birthday reward voucher. Sadly, I was told by a worker named Jeff that the computer system is down. Although I suggested that I want to redeem my birthday reward certificate (buttermilk pancakes) before the expiration, but he refused to help me. What a huge inconvenience for IHOP rewards members! I guessed I won?t be enjoying my birthday gift.
Spider and HAIR FOUND IN MY FOOD!!! Terrible location to order from!! Will be calling corporate! Order placed through postmates on 2/4/23. DISGUSTINGGGGGGG!!! Postmates says this order is ineligible for a refund. HOW??? THE SPIDER IS STUCK ON THE INSIDE OF THE CONTAINER!!! Corporate will get a formal email and call on this LOCATION CHECK YOUR FOOD DO. OT EAT IN THE DARK!
