Ihop - Reservar uma mesa

IHOP more like IFLOP. We ordered online and made pickup at 19:40. We were pleasantly surprised that our order was ready when we got 5 minutes there, early when we were on the page last time, we waited 20 minutes for it to be ready. Wow iHOP redeemed, we thought?. Then we came home and realized not only that IHOP did not redeem, they fell in our opinion of them like: 1 We were not given our $6 shake. It really doesn't matter to me that the Shake is $6 as long as I actually get it. 2. Our cupcake pancakes had the sprinkles, but no frosting (the best part) 3. The bananas strawberries French toast had neither bananas nor strawberries, so they only plan French toast So we call at 19:55 (they close at 8) and get no one, it rings and rings, so we call again and get no one. It hits me that they probably have a vanilla shake and a bag of missing toppings. If IHOP were proactive and customer-centric, I would think they would call me or send me an email to let me know that what we paid was there and not given us. I guess what we should have done will open everything (in the parking lot) that was given to us to ensure that we receive what we have ordered, but frankly we should not do that as it is on the entrance!!! My advice is either going anywhere else or make sure you get all the food you ordered while you are sitting in the parking lot.

Here instead of my regular breakfast place, because I grew up eating IHOP in TX. This place was so disappointing. Pancakes were hard and dry, my Sirloin tips were over boiled, and the service was really bad. The waitress just came to give me my check and seemed disturbed when I asked for more water. The guy's seat was the kindest. The real restaurant is beautiful, they only need a new cook and server.

I've never eaten in the physical place, but I ordered the lock twice. I had to go physically both times, because nobody took part in me. There are 2 1/2 employees and the space is empty. I had to wait at least 20 minutes. The food was ready to sit there and no one brought it out. They even forgot to put essential things for the order. Terrible service!

5 of 6 dishes did not have the sauce, gravy or any shrimp. The manager said they were out of the country, but our waitress found something. Has not given up the Gratuity until after the credit card ran (probably we would not notice) Basically a waffle house ran from trashy teenagers.

The host had thee worst Attitude I?ve encountered in the pass 30 days!!! She did a great job at making us feel unwelcome. Avoid this place at all cost!
