Ichi Go Ichi E

This place has a cool atmosphere with a touch of nerd and it the greatest. I went with two non-vegans and they both enjoyed their food as well. It was a bit too late for us to get everything we wanted since the kitchen was closing. I had the Black Garlic Ramen with was very good. The broth had the perfect balance of umami with the sweetness of their tofu! Noodles were cooked perfectly, not too salty. Only complaint is that our server, although extremely nice, gave us someone else's gyoza and (I assume) their ramen even with us fervently refusing it before he put it on the table. It was very awkward. Tan tan men dry is the only ramen they couldn't make vegan.

We had 2 types of riddles several times. Two times we got egg in the plate and one time my husband had meat in it. That was our last visit. That's definitely not okay! So if you go there, you need to check your food carefully.

Love goes to Ichigo, great atmosphere, best ravens I had. all can be made veggie or vegan. just wish there were more other vegan options!

I had the black-garlic frame and it was delicious. All frames can be served vegan. I can definitely recommend this place.

Super gute Widder! Auch in vegetarisch und vegan möglich. Ich liebe den schwarzen Knoblauch.
