Iberico Tapas Y Vino

We had an amazing experience dining at Iberico Tapas y Vino last night! After dealing with a reservation blunder made by a very well known, reputable restaurant, who's solution for their mistake was trying to seat our party each person traveling nearly an hour away to celebrate a 50th birthday at a cramped table pretty much in front of the restaurant's main door where the weather outside was less than 20 degrees accompanied by a blistering wind chill, we called a restaurant located a few doors down to try and save this special occasion night. To our surprise, the owner picked up, and although his restaurant was booked as well for the night, he said to come over and he would make it work and accommodate us. When we entered the establishment, we were immediately greeted by the owner, who was a warm, friendly gentleman. He seated us at a very comfortable table, then went out of his way to provide us with an excellent dinning experience. The staff were all extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and the food itself was nothing short of terrific! Authentic dishes prepared with love and a deep understanding of the culture which inspired it. Great food, great people, great atmosphere, great customer service, and just a warm and kind, down to earth owner. For those reasons, I highly recommend this restaurant!!!
