Hunan King - Reservar uma mesa

I don't eat in at this restaurant, but I always get takeout because I live nearby and love the food. The dishes are always freshly made and hot when I pick them up. I appreciate that the food isn't drowned in overly sweet, thick sauce like most Americanized Chinese food. The flavors are fresh and delicious, and the portions are huge. Some people complain about the staff being rude, but I personally don't have a problem with them. Americans are used to exceptional customer service, so when they don't receive it, they can be picky. The main cashier is efficient, doesn't engage in small talk, and that suits me just fine. Overall, this is one of my favorite places for takeout and I make an effort to support them as much as possible.

We were greeted promptly when we entered the restaurant. The lady who took our order was friendly and professional, ensuring we had condiments and napkins. The rice was delicious, with no salt or MSG, and the hot braised chicken was also excellent. I will definitely be returning. I am giving four stars because the sign outside needs to be repaired, giving the place a slightly unappealing appearance. The inside is clean and smells nice, but they should really fix the sign.

After a long day at work, I became that customer who placed an order right before the restaurant was about to close. I am grateful that they stayed open long enough for me to pick up my order. Despite the late hour, my food was hot and fresh, and the price was reasonable. This place has become one of my favorites in the area for these reasons. Thank you, you all are the best!
