in no case was our first visit, although we were not in a few years. the first time for lunch. Fixed menu, no à la carte, changes difficult, but was possible for one of the party. very good service. wee prices are normal exorbitant, but. that is the Swiss starter was an interesting lens soup that I would not have guessed was lenses without being said. main dish huh in a velouté sauce. okay, but the sweet was really on the cool side. the desert was an apple sorrow, which seemed to do with that as if they were a couli of brombeer and red johannisbeeren. the sorbet was good the coulis a little bitter. on the side we had excellent brot that comes from the exciting new bakery in fribourgs ugliest building, (my thought) the equilibre. summarizing nothing as good as we have experienced in pastness. Maybe we have a free day.

If you truly want to experience fantastic and innovative food in a lovely athmosphere, then try this restaurant. We have been there on various occasions, with or without friends, and were surprised each time by the choice and quality of the gourmet menu. the chef...truly knows his business and is able to surprise each time with new compositions that please the pallate as well as the eye. The staff is truly friendly and gives expert advicse on wines and champagnes. An excellent address for top food, if not the best restaurant in Switzerland in our opinion!!!

we decided to return to this beautiful restaurant in the heart of Freiburg after a successful meal during our last visit in the city. again eating was inventive, seasonal and excellent quality. also the Swiss wine was recommended. there is...only a set menu available in the evening, but the staff was happy to offer alternatives and make us change requests. if the weather is beautiful, a table on the glass-covered balcony offers a breathtaking view over the valley.

menu has been set, but due to my nutritional constrate (vegetarian) they served me a vegetarian menu. the food was delicious, fresh and creatiw. service was very good. totally uncommon enjoyed the experience

amazing eating, authentic atmosphere and great cook frédérik kondratowicz! they serve very good French weeping. I'm back!
