Hot Bagels - Reservar uma mesa

I was a frequent customer until we placed a big lunch order and was disappointed in the quality of the order, and returned the sandwiches , when I first called Hazel said no problem I returned the lunches and she said they closed the register and could I wait until the next day for the refund I said sure and called the next day to advise I would not make it before they closed at 2 she again said no problem, I was able to go on Monday and that was the PROBLEM she denied even saying anything about the refund , she started arguing with me that she had to get approval from her manager , she was not sure she could do this, she reluctantly gave it to me but to argue with me over 10 , when I wet every day. NEVER AGAIN

I just can't give this place a good review. The food was no good. I got a egg sandwich complete with tayler ham and cheese. I was eating and there was a crunch and then another and another. I checked the Taylor ham which wasn't burnt, there were crunchy chunks though. Almost like left over old bacon they didn't scrape off the grill? Maybe chunks of pepper? Either way I was not loving it and didn't eat it. They have muffins, but it was cold. Like refrigerator cold. The prices are way high, and the service is below average. I also just feel that the place is a little dirty, and everything seemed rushed. They asked more than once what was going on the sandwich, and they messed up a few of the people ahead of me.

Lots of bagel options in and around Glen Rock, but this is my preferred spot. Bagels are excellent; good size, soft center, nice crust. Great selection of spreads. An everything bagel with veggie tuna salad, tomato and hot peppers is awesome. Staff has always been great.

Amazing freshly baked bagels. My favorite is all this with cream cheese right out of the over and the bagel is so warm I wear the cream cheese and his entire car when I arrive where I go. Impatient and insane, but very satisfied!

Wasn't here in a while, thinking of a Taylor ham egg and cheese. WOW! This is Legit! Delicious Bagel and a loaded sandwich. Thank you.
