Hostal Galan - Reservar uma mesa

We came here on a Sunday evening and we had a great experience. It is a vibrant, lively restaurant which was full of locals. It is simple and down to earth. We had a plate of local ham to share as a starter, which was delicious. Then my husband had chicken and fries and I had pork and fries. It was beautifully cooked and really hit the spot. The service was great. They told us originally that they were not serving until 8.30 pm, so we sat and had some sangria and they ended up serving us earlier. Would definitely come again.

We stumbled upon this little gem when visiting the Rio Tinto Mines. We were hot and had been out for quite a few hours so a bit of R&R was needed. Lovely little terrace with plenty of shade and attentive staff plus speedy service made this a great choice. There was a little children's play area across the road and we walked over kids over and watched them from our table as we waited for our food to arrive. The price was reasonable and the menu of the day looked really good value. Would go back again.

Good for breakfast before visit and excellent for lunch when museum closes 3 to 4. First class menu del Dia. Despite it being extremely busy our waiter was very cheerful and looked after us well. Novel moisture cooling on terrace which was most welcome.

Visited this restaurant on three occasions and the service was second to none. the quality of the food was great and very resonably priced. The service was excellent and will certainly visit again if in the area.

We work lunch with group of coworkers nice two dish lunch with good desert. Service was friendly and quickly only thing could be improved is decoration.
