Hong Yan - Reservar uma mesa

The restaurant is quite modest in a popular neighborhood, parking is a bit difficult. We were positively surprised though by the tasty food. We ordered 3 starters, 3 main dishes (canard à l'orange, boeuf aux ognions and poulet croustillant), 1 veggie dish, 1 dessert and...two non-alcoholic drinks a water pitcher (free of charge). We paid fr93.00 considering we took advantage of The Fork 40% deal. Service was quite slow despite the restaurant was almost empty, waitresses don't speak much french nor English. We will go back.

We had our family dinner at Hong Yan last week. We enjoyed the delicious fine Chinese cuisine very much, especially their speciality black pepper beef boeuf au poivre noir sur l’ardoise . It was the best dishes that we had ever tried in Lausanne. You definitely...have to come to try this amazing dish!

The parts were huge, so we have many leftovers tomorrow. I ate Chinese all over the country. This is my favorite. Love the #1 for 2. 3 different dishes with soup and appetizers. The service is also very good, even if they are... laborious.

We ordered takeout and there was meat in my vegetarian dish. This is absolutely unacceptable and I won't eat there ever again.

Got to go here with my son. The food was great and since he spoke Chinese we got special treatment. Would recommend to anyone.
