although anthony and esther have departed recently after many years this take away remains consistent and serves high quality tasty food that will keep you coming back for years, i've tried various places in the area, but have been coming back here for almost on a weekly basis and always been pleased. good value and all the other take away options in blaby, chinese, indian, pizza etc fluctuate between stars on scores on the doors for hygiene etc. hong kong has always been or stars, something i take very seriously when ordering a take out and have never been ill or has so much as a tummy ache whatever i've ordered, the same cannot be said for most other options in blaby and whetstone.

We use Hong Kong takeaway as out first choice for Chinese takeaway food, however the phone is constantly engaged when ever I ring. This has happened at least times with me giving up re dialling again and again forcing us to use an alternative...restaurant. Food is fantastic especially the salt and chilli chips, they are amazing.

We have used Hong Kong for over years now, food is always good, reasonable delivery times, tried other chinese take aways but not as good as Hong Kong

Nice fresh food but the duck starter needs improvement. It is cut up so cold when it arrives and is not the best cut of meat.
