Honey Dew Donuts

This particular Honey Dew ? establishment (on Mendon Road in Cumberland is one of the BEST chain coffee shops I 've ever had the pleasure of stepping into! It 's not just the fact that the ? is always fresh hot (or cold if you prefer iced! , nor is it the fact that EVERY ?, MUFFIN, PASTRY, SANDWICH you name it! I 've ever had has been incredibly delicious and extremely fresh. It is the WONDERFUL, AMAZING, KIND, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF that takes the cake (or Coffee Cake muffin in this situation . It feels like you 're being taken care of by your own family members!!! I wouldn 't choose ANY other place to get my coffee, my treats, and my daily mood booster thanks to the truly wonderful people who take care such great care of me!!

There is one Woman their that is totally rude to everyone why she is dealing with people is beyond me. The place is clean however now they are nickel and diming for Styrofoam cups. They mess up my order more often than they get it right it seems to be the only honey dew like that. I have always been courteous and left a good tip usually go through the drive-through because it is convenient but there is a Dunkin down the road they cannot accept tips and they are much more pleasant I think I will start taking the extra ride for the less than a mile or so that my morning starts off Well. Hate starting my day With attitude.

Get a coffee and a sandwich at 3:30. The girls were completely rude and told me their sandwich station was downstairs. I asked what that meant, and she said we closed at 5. I informed her that an hour and half of the time was and she said rudely, I know, but yesterday I didn't get out until 6. What's my problem? If that was my employer, she'd be fired.

Both coffees were made wrong the place wasn't even busy I couldn't understand why. If they were trained to make the coffee correctly then our coffee would have came out great because Honey dew is one of the best.

dirty counter, the retail worker threw my box of donuts right into the coffee puddle, zero quality service. Make sure you count the change before you go...
