located between straßburg and offenburg, the restaurant hirsch is a safe address. the certainty of a truly delicious meal and a high quality service. a beautiful, cozy local with all Germanic charms, a varied and harmonious menu, cheap prices (especially with the same quality in comparison to france). beautifully mastered dishes, tasty homemade latency, refined sauces, in addition to supplemental salads only the Germanic countries have the secret, tasty desserts and eis, a fine selection of eaux-de-vie ... and for lovers of cigars (or zigarettes), an old streetcar next to and with the etablissement offering them a few clubs chairs than very original!

halfway between (very) good (traditional) home cooking and gastronomy this house is very well maintained both in the kitchen and in the dining room. impeccable tablecloths and serviettes, lots of space, rest. the kitchen is really something to try out. now, during the spasm, the offer is wide and simple, with pancakes, sinks or smoked salmon or a small sliced velvet etc. the portions are generous (without excessive) a total wallpaper change 6 km from straßburg

were with friends before place and enjoyed the beautiful and very warm evening. even some seniors from the neighbourhood (Switzerland) entertained us with their beautiful vocals. kellner was honestly striving;-)

very good restaurant. selection, quality of dishes, impeccable service and great care with the guests, handover of the chef at the end of the service; in short, a very nice experience. to recommend.
