High Life Lounge/ El Bait Shop

Only in Des Moines for a quick trip, but I can honestly say this bar is my absolute favorite bar that I was! The workers are some of the kindest people I met, the wall of beers is so brilliant (sometimes for all really) and the food! All right! I can't really recommend this place. My mother added “best chicken ever!”

Great beer selection. Delicious food, hands down top 3 best fried chicken I've had in my life. If I'm ever near Des Moines I will be coming here for sure

Bar food and over 100 beers on tap I stop on each trip to Des Moines The deviled eggs could use some spicy, or seasoning to punch them up.
