Heinz - Reservar uma mesa

We have come to Hotel Heinz for many years and are always satisfied. Unfortunately, the hotel currently has far too little staff, which leads to dinner for a long time (after 45 minutes only bread and wine came). The existing staff was partially hopelessly overwhelmed and this was also shown in the Pool Bistro. Dear owner: Then please take less guests, because this does not work in the long term. The prices are too high.

I asked the phone to postpone my stay because my pregnant wife had Corona. I was told that this is not a problem at all and a voucher is issued to me. Then the shock: you have kept 1/3 of the total price (114€ without notice or price indication. This is conscious deception because loss 114€ is already a problem for me. To lie to someone like this for Christmas is super three times and human the last!!!!

It was again a beautiful stay at Hotel Heinz. Perfect from check in to check out. The staff was as always courteous and friendly! Relaxation always starts immediately because you already know and feel comfortable! For next year is booked again - I always recommend.

Very delicious food with plenty of choice, good wine and beverage selection. Very good and friendly service!!!! Great ambience. Good parking. Very expensive. Pleasant costs.... Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel Highlights: Luxury, Quiet, Child-Friendly, High-Tech

It's my favorite hotel. Make at least 1 holiday there each year. Equipped with great attention to detail. Do spirit and soul well.
