This is the second time that we went for the donner kebab with salad and donner meat and chips. We have never had donner meat served as thick as this which was very unpleasant to eat it was so thick I even requested that it be thinly sliced when I called in my order. the meat was so thick that it was not enjoyable the garlic mayo was almost invisible and my wife wanted to have donner meat and salad and the salad was also almost invisible. It all went in the bin as it was a horrible meal and that is now the second time we have experienced the same so no more from us.

Took my 86 year old disabled mum on our way up north from Norwich. Arrived 1.30 one server said they closed at 2pm, the other said they were closed. We were turned away I didn’t challenge, as I didn’t want to upset my mum any further. Shame on you. Remember, if you are lucky enough to get old, you may struggle with mobility would you then be happy with the level of service provided by a restaurant like yours? You just wanted a flyer!

For years, on and off, I’ve visited this F C restaurant on a Friday. Bought a family meal this evening, got back home and discovered the Large chips part of the meals was much much smaller than normal. I suspect they’d given me a medium instead of large. Went back to politely query this (these meals are NOT cheap) and was told my complaint was ‘noted’.

The food here is excellent, one of the best chip shops I have ever been in. But, poorly run, and unprofessional to young staff. Also, seems now to be closed more days than it's open? Maybe they can't get any staff?

they have the usual chip shop menu but also have a gluten free day on mondays. can eat in in a clean restaurant.
