Handy Pantry Friendly Food Stores

Well I didn't go here for many months because I had a terrible experience with her female manager who is completely rude and completely unprofessional but I always like the deli there so I decided to place an order on ciao now today. Got to the establishments when I was supposed to pick up my order and nobody knew anything about the order in fact the older woman at the register said you probably placed your order in Ronkonkoma this is Nesconset Out did you know you're in this concept. I told her yes I know exactly where I placed my order I proceeded to show the water to the young girl behind the counter and she knew nothing about it as well. Instead of making my order I had to wait for every customer that was inside the store to finish their order making my total wait time one hour I was in the store for about 30 minutes past the tome it was supposed to be ready and guess what it was still wrong!!! Shame on Handy Pantry....The only associate there that was kind and offered any help with this young girl with blue streaked hair she was very sweet and kind and the only person that actually knew what they were doing in the whole place!

I like these types. they are always nice and friendly. I'll hear a few tomorrow on the way to work for a breakfast sandwich and maybe something to lunch as I did today. I don't know what they're in their fish salad, but it was excellent. mostly seafood salad is always dry, but they did it really well. cannot complain about these types, I think they are excellant.

Sad to say but after almost 20 years I won’t be going back, they’ve raised prices considerably on the food they sell. An Egg sandwich used to cost $4 now its $6-$7. 1/4 pound of bologna on a roll was $11... They were also very rude in store when asking why prices were going up.

robert cut my cold cuts in as bf packed them like a football it is as if he hates his job. bad attitude bad personality, how should they eat, how should they peel the support to make their sandwiches and the two beautiful girls behind the counter help me as I always do.

Love the staff and the products. Product are nicely stocked. Deli and egg sandwiches are yummy. Staff is always willing to help.
