Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first. I love my chicken wings. I have had wings all over the world, but the spicy chicken wings which were part of the entree menu here, were some of the worst I have ever had. They were dry, no sauce or coating in any way and certainly not spicey. The size of the wings were more like from a budgerigar and not a chicken. At $10.95 a real disappointment to say the least. The butterscotch fondue waffle, was, while looking magnificent, was very tasteless. No flavour in the wet cardboard textured waffle, and the butterscotch sauce was very watery, tasteless and not much in the candle heated bowl. Desserts are meant to be sweet right?A friend at our table asked for burger, he then asked a fairly normal question when it comes to burgers. "Can I please have an egg on that burger?" The reply was stunning. "We only do eggs in the morning" WTF? Really?I think the prices are quite expensive for what you get. Certainly you wouldn't say it's good value. Now for the good.The staff, especially the young lady who attended our table were sensational. Always attentive to our needs, and when things were ordered, they were delivered swiftly. Drinks arrived quicker than any other place I have been. Great work girls. The rest of the food ordered seemed to go down well with our friends, and no complaints here. The food was delivered quick, and was hot and fresh. Bathrooms are very modern, clean and well presented. Yay, there is even paper towel. Access for disabled is ok, but there is a section at the back of the restaurant, that wheelchairs can not access, due to a large step, but there is plenty of other seating. A HUGE negative for this restaurant, and others in the Rouse Hill Town Centre is parking. Forget on street, and go into the dark depths of a rabbit warren that lies beneath the entire area. If you want to go to Griddle, head towards the Big W & theatre signs, go underground & head to the purple car park area. If you park near the big painting of an escalator, head up stairs, and your pretty much there. All in all, a good night with friends, with the above issues. Would we go back?Yes, but if I want a burger at night, I will need to take my own egg :-)

Dined here last Friday night with about 30 people for a friends birthday. I will say they didn't have enough staff on to cater for us and the rest of the restaurant so it was hard to grab the waiters/waitress attentions at times but the girls who served us did a great job especially the girl who had red short hair and glasses! You did awesome! The food was good to what everyone had reviewed after their meals I order the steak fillet and was yummy but was over cooked we waited ages for our food so I wasn't going to return it. It was a lovely bit of steak. My partner had the crispy pork belly and he didn't like it all. The crispy bit wasn't nice and the meat was extremely chewy and overcooked. The drinks are prices reasonable. We sat outside under the heaters so we were warm in a 5 degree night! Too warm in fact. Not a bad night here!

Quite a big, popular restaurant even on a Tuesday evening. The two salads we ordered were a good size however the lettuce leaves were drenched in dressing and were inedible. Service was friendly. They weren't able to split the bill. I'd be interested to try some of the other dishes on their menu as they sound appetising.

Seven of us went to dinner here to celebrate a 55th birthday. Great variety on the menu, the servings we're generous, the food tasted great and the staff were always smiling and polite. We had a good night. Thank you.

Food was great good portions if you have special requirement they are very accomodating as I'm allergic to garlic. Staff were very good & they were quick with our meals. Would go back again
