A friend invited me for lunch. It is a very modest and original place that I had not noticed for 3 years. I'm glad we came. I ordered a turkey sandwich. Unlike 90% of sandwich shops, turkeys at Gracie do not consist of cold cuts. Instead, it is fresh, carved turkey that is really delicate and moist. I went to sourdough with a full sandwich. It was an animal, a delicious animal in which the sandwich was huge and the turkey portions were also very generous! The size of the sandwich in combination with the Tryptophan spike in my system had me ready for bed at work, in the middle of the afternoon... at a TUESDAY! I'll definitely decide for half a sandwich next time. The staff (operator? was really friendly. We ordered our sandwiches and were ready to pay the front, but they insisted that we relax and take a place and worry about the payment after the meal. When the time had come to pay, and there was a line, she ensured that we quickly pay and be on the way. These are some small things that say a lot about customer service here. Thank you.
My favourite place for traveling! Who's doing half sandwiches? For me, it's the perfect size and that's why I come here. Not to mention the friendly service of Gracie and Veronica as well as all the delicious sweets. Nice little business. Quiet and quiet location on Laurel Street. My favorite sandwich is Turkey. Help this two women's team that are the best!
