Gourmet- Schlossberg (im Sackmann)

Jörg and Nico Sackmann are certainly not (more) to consider as a creative pioneer. Their combinations are not Middle often he Road or even boring. All courses – with the exception of vines – convinced me of their aroma composition. They were interesting and quite unusual, but also catchy. What I notice, however, is that in several courses the amount of ingredients could be better matched to each other, so that until the end a harmonious aroma of the farm is produced. Despite this criticism, the menu was completely successful, harmonious and pleasant to eat despite the great size. It is also worth mentioning the wine tour that knew to connect all dishes well.

A really successful menu with Jörg Sackmann, the very friendly and modest master at the stove, who takes care of the hotel guests in the morning and has nothing Eitles despite numerous TV appearances. But he knows exactly what he wants in the kitchen. In the midst of a classic style, he can always win brave creations with which he fully knows the inclined guest. Châpeau!

A beautiful evening: high-quality food, an ingenious wine tour. Here you can also make an excellent holiday, because breakfast is also rich and you can book the pampering board with Wellfit snack at lunch and 5-course meal in the evening – children are also welcome.
