We moved to the area a few years ago and were told about this place. The bagels were pretty good and some of the staff, like Daniel, went above and beyond every time I was there. The bagels were pretty good but the prices were a little high. That was fine because I thought the staff was good. That is until they fixed the place up and created more room for customers. After the refurbishment, the quality dropped big time. It looks like the cooking surface was reduced leading to longer wait times and stressed cooks. What really led me to stop coming was that I went on Saturday mornings for an entire month and 3 of the 4 times I went, they were out of everything bagels. The one time they had them, they were just out of the oven and were clearly not fully cooked. The egg and cheese was a mushy and doughy mess. That was the end of it for me and I haven't returned since. I also found it weird that there are security cameras everywhere. Either the owners don't trust their staff or customers. There are fewer cameras in the bank down the street. I hope Daniel finds his way to a better shop because he was the only reason I would go there.
