Gold Star - Reservar uma mesa

A gold star is absolutely my top three when it comes to Caribbean food and seafood. It is in a great location. The service is extremely fast. The drinks are super good. Worth all the money that I paid for food and drinks. The only thing that I would say is that the staff has so much sense of urgency that they don't really make the visit personable for you. They really don't smile on a daily basis from what I've seen but that has nothing to do with the food I guess. I still go back there because I don't pay that any mine but someone else might want a more refreshing and personable experience especially when this restaurant has been talked about all over. They don't give you attitude but just seem like they want you in and out . Otherwise this restaurant is a definite 8/10. Ambiance is cool . Makes you feel like you are in a small Jamaican community because of the food and surrounding neighbors. I actually have some sweet Chilli salmon and spinach rice ! Always my go to (amongst other things) . See you all soon.

First let me say as a chef that was the most dry and flavorless rice and beans I ever had then I got jerk chicken dry oxtails not even tender but what kills me is that you gave me uncooked cabbage the only thing that was good was the pineapple ginger juice and y'all customer service sucks and if you gonna serve food make sure your it hot and not under temperature this was my first and definitely my last..But let me give another review the fried crab horrible ok enough is enough

The food was absolutely delicious!Heavy portions for a great price.I loved how they were blasting r&b music.Service could improve as there was a long wait to be served while there were plenty of staff behind the counter. Perhaps having a system in place would help keep customers moving quickly. Overall I loved the food! 10/10

Love the new look. The food is delicious as always. Oh my the Henny coloda is addictive just the way I like it. Nice and strong baby. I did get to experience coming in at closing that the food is definitely made fresh everyday and that is a plus, plus iny book. Nice lounge area with great music.
