Glashütte Petersberg

at the visit on the fixed petersberg we went to the glashütte. it is a modern glass construction on telzen. a staircase leads to the large very welcoming terrace with a fantastic view over the fortification and town erfurt. the interior consists of a window front with beautiful comfortable modern furniture and a large well-filled counter. elegant foods (see picture glashütte special) are here on the map and the price for it is also reasonable., the interior of the glashütte was visited until the last place with breakfast and lunches. various discussions. coffee, cakes, cocktails and what the sweetheart so desires is to find on the map. the Causes took the visitors at the magnificent weather rather on the terrace. We also stopped on this our thirst and enjoyed the magnificent view of the city, the marien dom and the St. severin church. the staff is very polite and courteous friendly. the glashütte is recommended in any case and when you visit the citadel petersberg a must....

an experience about the roofs Erfurt ́s. very friendly service. as an appetizer baguette basket with aioli (5,90 € was extremely tasty and a great preparation. my main course "on the skin fried zanderfilet 16,90 € in lemon butter with melted tomato and crumblerisotto (16.90€). the zandelfilet proved to be a small-part three-part filet. also a haufen lukewarm crimson and the whole decorated with balsamico cream, so there were decorations on the dish everywhere. the melted tomatoes were a mass of dried and fresh vegetables. the espresso to the conclusion then de-adjusted again. on demand the waitress whether everything was in order and I pointed out that the crimped tornotto was only lukewarm came no reaction either. the separate payment of all our group then worked fine again. ps: it was a bit cool in the auction on 17.2.2017, so definitely in the early summer refresh.

had a Christmas dinner here with the company. it was the hammer. the ascent was certainly difficult, woman had to wear shoulder shoes. but for this, a gigantic prospect was rewarded. quite hefurt was beautifully decorated Christmas. and the restaurant itself is not very large, but that made it even more cozy. that was super tasty and with the matching wine the evening was perfect. we are coming back and do the ascent again!
