Great service with great coffee. It is very refreshing to to engaged by staff, chatted with and asked how everything was. It started when I waited at the entrance for a member of the team to take me to a table. Waiting staff were all busy so the Barista caught my eye and took me to a table. This was excellent customer service. Didn’t eat a lot, just needed coffee and toast as I needed a quick break as I was picking a friend up . Cappuccino was sublime, best I have had in a while. Giraffe is quieter than Cafe Nero and the others here, don’t let that fool you. This was my first time and I will be back. Thank you team.

Me and my family were greeted by Carolina and were served by Gabby who were both so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and the bartender Kamila made us the most amazing cocktails : would definitely recommend everyone to visit and there was a great selection of food

Very conveniently located just outside of the south terminal security departure. Our server, Jennifer, was very friendly and welcoming and made our experience very enjoyable. Keep up the great service!

Meal was very mediocre Barely warm, I had rice in my dish, which should always be served hot at the correct temperature Staff friendly Would not recommend

We were served by Ay thami, really great with customer service. engagement with us was superb. Staff like him deserves recognition by the managers.
