Gerry Frank's Konditorei

Only to hear the name Konditorei gives me a vision of its delicious, delectable, tasty, sweet, creamy etc...... Cake and Cookies and Tortes oh my!!! Seriously, they're delicious. Coffee is very good. I'm picky when it comes to coffee. You also have lunch items that taste great. Soups, sandwiches, etc. Fresh flowers on every table, the staff is friendly and welcoming. With the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the air, with light through the many windows and a good friend or family member as a company, it is the BEST! I brought my sister, daughter in law, son, Grandson and my BFF there. Parking is limited, Closed on Sunday. If you are on a diet, do you have no sugar in your coffee!!!?

I bought a piece of truffle cake. Frosting was done with what I think was Schmalz. At first I really enjoyed the pane when I was lying a little over half of the freezing on the roof of my mouth and until I reached the end, I just couldn't eat of it anymore. My wife ordered the German chocolate cake and she thought it was one of the best German chocolates she had ever eaten. The staff was really great, very helpful and friendly.

Best place in Salem for dessertsand they don't mind you coming in for just dessert. NY Cheesecake is great and the cakes are all huge and beautiful.
