I wrote yesterday that I was very disappointed at the service I had received in this norwood gelatissimo. this morning I received a beautiful, unexpected note from the owners who showed me that they care so that I visited unannounced tonight and received great service. the product is good and many thanks for this business in norwood. 05 feb, 2015 no service and came during the advertised business hours. registered until 10:30 clock came 10:15 clock and all were packed. I went there about a week ago with my son, he got chocolate and I got one of the big tubes of around and rosin. I came home to eat it and it was terrible, wt? when I went back a few years into the noosa gelatissimo before this opened in adelaide, I tried the around and rosin and I was in the sky, large rugged rosins through outside and when I told the staff how much I was rosin love when we had a general conversation they pulled out my stay in noosa was the best and went back every day. tonight, adelaide food central was invited to gelatissimo norwood for a Gelati master class and to try their two new aromes. gelatissimo started in sydney in 2002 and is today the largest Gelato franchise in the world. they offer their customers about 40 flavors and present a new taste every month. gelatissimo has opened four shops in adelaide; norwood, gouger street, rundle street and glenelg.

Sevice is disappointing. Arrived 15 minutes prior to closing time. The manager refused to sell us ice-cream as he was packing up early due to a lack of customers. I would have thought that wanting to purchase 2 large tubs of ice-cream qualified us as customers! Guess I was wrong! Next time I wont waste my time and go straight to Cibo!!

gelatissimo sorbet tastes so good. the staff was rude and the service speed was extremely slow.
