Ganapathy - Reservar uma mesa

We are a family of 10 from Indonesia and we have travelled to many countries in Europe and in UK. We are gourmet travellers who seek local cuisines from different places we visit. However, sometimes we'd like to have Asian dishes akin to our culture. We were very happy to have stumbled upon Restaurant Ganapathy. Every single dishes that we ordered were hand-made with the freshest ingredients. There are a large variety of dishes available from the Southern Indian and Sri LanUkan culture. For the main dishes, we particularly enjoyed all the vegetarian curries available, the chicken tandoori. We also enjoyed the dosa masala and the prata. They have a very nice crunch and perfect texture. The vegetable and prawn biriyani served to us are very flavourful and springy. There is a burst of flavour when eaten together with the lamb vindaloo and other curried dishes. And oh, the chai masala is also very authentic. A point that can be improved on is that the restaurant should work on the dessert menu available. Something with fresh mangoes or coconut milk sorbet would be excellent.

Excellent authentic Sri Lankan cuisine! We are from London and have access to many Sri Lankan cuisine. I am also half Sri Lankan and can say this is quality food! Family run business. Food is fantastic. You must visit if you like your South Indian food!

Been many times to Lourdes, always been to Ganapathy. Children’s love the foods and the service was excellent. Will visit soon.
