After 27 years, the “Gambero Rosso” will give up its operations at the end of October. The owner family wants to reorientate. Owner Vanessa Tropeano confirmed the HNA: “We decided to draw the tear line after a mature reflection.” Now the owner pair from Kassel wants to say goodbye and start something new again in the Lübeck bay – first in the employee relationship, but with the aim of a fast self-employment.
