Galleria Trattoria-Pizzeria

Excellent food in the center of Lugano at acceptable prices. Good service. As an appetizer I tried the Roman artichokes which I found well cooked and tasty. The main course was penne alla vodka with salmon and prawns a very generous portion and really good! The restaurant is located near the Maghetti district and is really a few steps from the lake and also from the central bus station.

We were there spontaneously at lunchtime without a reservation and were immediately seated. Although I'm still disappointed about the 7 CHF for a liter of still water, the food, especially the thinly served pizza, was the tastiest I've had so far. The quick service and the ability to get a seat even without a reservation had a positive impact on our visit.

Authentic restaurant with friendly service and very tasty food. A little more expensive but it's worth it!

The pizza is very good! And everyone is very friendly and the price is fair! Excellent rental with cognac!

Got the 4 cheeses pizza, it was nothing crazy but still good. Quite heavy obviously.
