Chef Franco and his staff put on a five course dinner at my house for a small party. It was fabulous! From the moment they arrived, they were kind, professional and respectful. The staff took care of EVERYTHING and my wife and I didn't have to lift a finger. The house looked the same when they left, as it did when they arrived. The menu was well thought out and the food was excellent! The staff would take the time describe each dish as it was brought out and were very attentive. They did not rush us and made sure that we were relaxing and having a good time. When it was time for dessert, Chef Franco brought out the liquid nitrogen and it was a show stopper for our guests. Chef Franco and his staff were very personable and we all had a blast! I would highly recommend using Chef Franco for an event! Many thanks to Chef Franco and staff for ensuring my daughter's baby shower at The James Ward Mansion in Westfield was an event to remember! Delicious food, first class service, flawless execution and total professionalism. The entire team was genuinely invested in making this a beautiful day for our family from day one! Franco is not a caterer he is a chef. Every table received their food freshly prepared (even the salad dressing). He added so many extra hors'doevres to our order again freshly prepared. The portions were more than generous and very delicious there were tons of clean plates!! Franco's food was more than worth the price, but we also got his team..... Christine was truly an event planner extraordinaire. She recommended vendors, provided sage advice on many of the event details from her vast experience with the venue and her desert table was a work of art! She was so hands on all before and during the event and was totally attentive to every guest's needs. She also kept things moving like clockwork! The staff was amazing Jen's drinks were delicious (and freshly made), Eric and Henry waited on 45 guests for 4 hours and easily did the job of 5! They kept in constant communication with me, leapt on every request and provided impeccable service from setup to helping us bring things to our car after the event. They are a class act I can't recommend highly enough!
Truly, if we could give 10 stars to Vitella, we would! We were married at the Loft at Jack's Barn on 6/24/18, and Vitella made our day the wedding of our dreams. Firstly, they kept in touch with us weekly up to the day of the event. I had every confidence they cared that our day was special and memorable. The staff is very professional and as efficient and invisible as they need to be. Now, the food...the FOOD!!!! I don't have enough superlatives. The food was over the top from cocktail hour to dessert. Just superb. Our guests have not stopped talking about it. Do not hesitate to do business with Vitella!!! We could not have had a more perfect experience with the team at Franco Vitella catering. From the moment they arrived (EXACTLY on time to the minute), Eric and Equasia anticipated every need, made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger and could enjoy my event absolutely stress free. The food was absolutely delicious and at least 5 of my guests immediately demanded to know the caterer contact. We will definitely be back for our next event!
