Four Star Pizza Derry Davinci Complex

I rang and placed an order and they told me 15 minutes. Got there and paid and he said it wud be ready in a minute. I waited 20 mins and eventually a guy asked me my name and handed me my pizza which had been sitting there the whole time. To top it off they gave me the wrong size but at that point I just wanted to get out. I gave out to the young fella who gave me the pizza who stood smirking at me. No apology -nothing. If they were busy I could maybe have understood but they had two walk ins and 1phone call while I was there- all if whom got their food before me

I placed an order for thin base 9 got regular, asked for diet coke again was presented with regular. Dips were a disappointment also. Fair dues to the delivery driver, he changed the coke to diet the representative who placed the order needs to listen and place the order correctly. 1 star. Bring back Donna and Chris. Went to order postor and menu offers not available but still in use after I got what I wanted and got home found hair cooked into the food service gone down hill never going back
