Forma Restaurant Cheese Bar

Definitely some good, some ok here. The service was great. The waiter was super nice, really attentive and helpful with our menu choices. The cheese plate we got was really great. Our waiter picked 4 cheeses and they were all different flavors and textures and we loved every bit of that. It came with different fruits, nuts, jam and honey. The ceviche was also really great. Perfect amount of acid to make the ceviche have a good bright kick when you eat it with nice and crunchy diced veggies and fish. Our waiter told us when our pasta was going to be tossed on the cheese wheel, so that was fun to watch. Not like some of the more extravagant tossing with fire or anything, so don't expect that. But still entertaining. They grate some cheese off the wheel and toss your hot cooked pasta in it to melt a little before putting it on the plate with some more freshly grated cheese. We got the risotto and the cacio e Pepe so they would both be tossed on the cheese. (There are 4 dishes that get tossed on the wheel) they both looks really great, but we're both kind of under seasoned. I think it was really relying on the cheese for the salt, but it really needed something else. Not sure I would ever order either of those again, maybe try something off the menu that isn't tossed on the cheese. We finished the meal off with the Italian donut dessert and the waiter was really great and put a candle on for our anniversary. Overall a really nice place and really popular because it was packed.

Thought the food was pretty good. Service was a little confused and it took like an hour for each course, which is not bad, just unexpected. Liked my lasagna and chopped salad. The tiramisu was awesome. Nice little spot on Montana. Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free options for bread and vegan options for cheese were available, so it is possible. Great spot for a cozy Italian meal! Fresh mozzarella knots and grilled spanish octopus appetizers were good. Loved the crispy potatoes that came with the chicken mushroom. The Nutella bread pudding was good but thought it should be called Nutella custard instead. There were hardly any pieces of bread in the serving we got. This is a great restaurant if you like to sample cheeses as they have a wide variety!

Everything was perfect. We liked the setting, modern architecture and the atmosphere. Food was perfect ! The Cheese size is small but we could still share it.
