Flying Pie Pizzaria- Fairview

This was my very first purchase from the newer Broadway location. I ordered a 14 Zambini pizza for carry out. What I received in the box was a 12 Zambini pizza. I have been eating Flying Pie pizza for over 25 years now. In the past it has always been the best pizza in Boise. But in the past I have always purchased my pizzas from either the State street location or the Farview location. Maybe the newer Broadway location is not up to the traditional Flying Pie pizza standards.

I must say this restaurant is one of my new favorites. My wife and I recently moved into the area and have been looking for new spots to dine. Our server Sienna and other staff were very attentive and welcoming. The pizza was also very good and we look forward to coming back!

The pizza was good. The crust was awesome! The service was pretty slow. Maybe they didn’t have enough staff, but with only about four tables with customers, and it being 8:00 at night, I guess I just expected a little faster service.

Without a doubt, if you want a perfect cooked pizza, this is the place. There are about 10 prefabricated pizzas, and almost 30 ingredients to build your own.

Pizza is not to bad. Pet friendly if you eat outside. Just a bit of a wait even if it's not too busy. Overall it's worth a try.
