Flying Childers

We pre-booked a table which was ready for us when we arrived. We were thankful that it wasn't near the singer on the night as the tables nearer him would have been too loud. Our server for the evening was friendly and helpful and came to get our drinks order quickly. She returned to take our food order quickly too. The food arrived hot and well presented. It was well-cooked and tasty. The space between the courses was perfect and made for a relaxing evening.

Called here for lunch on a very hot day. It was nice and cool indoors although there was plenty of outdoor seating with parasols available. Good variety of meals on the menu and our food came quickly. Staff were very pleasant although all seemed to have disappeared when I wanted to pay don't worry, I waited, I didn't do a runner!

Stopped off for a bite to eat en route to Ragdale Hall. Didn’t know what to expect but it set the tone for rest of our trip. Food excellent and staff very friendly. Lovely pub, will be making it a regular stop off point.

Brilliant service from all the team but a huge thank you to paige for looking after us to well! Lovely food, great menu options and service that really made us feel at home. Paige is a real credit to your pub!

Lovely Sunday Lunch. We sat out in the garden with the kids and our dog. Food was presented well and served nice and hot. Good value for money.
