Fleming's Steakhouse Raleigh

We had 7:30 reservations on a Thursday night and were looking forward to a great meal from Fleming. We were surprised that the restaurant was not so busy. Our server, Kendrick, had just completed the training, so we thought he was on the point. Unfortunately, that was not the case. He fell on wine suggestions, took our bottle of wine with other drinks forever and took our order, and did not have to our table during dinner. We ordered the pig bell and the Ahi Poke who was good. We asked the waiter for more bread as we did not see our server. When our entrees were delivered by a lady who looked like a manager, we asked that some sauces put on the filets. Unfortunately we never got them, but the files were excellent. Our pages were Brussels sprouts bacon, Mac cheese, onion rings and Flemings potatoes. We liked all sides except oily potatoes. Kendrick finally visited our table when we finished dinner and we ordered Dessert together with our check. Food at Fleming's is about good food and the culinary experience. We give Flemings another attempt, but next time we ask for a server with more voltage.

the first time at this place. I have booked a 5pm reservation for two. our ordered cocktails were very slow to get to the table and after the reorder, even slower. the staff was very slow to get salt and pfeffer for the table. I guess they were quite short on waiting staff, etc. but he is the norm for our opposite, except perhaps angus barn. woman order medium good datei, but came medium rare, we sent it back. chef brought it back in five minutes, was then perfectly cooked. my larger filet, than medium ordered, came medium rare, but that was good with me. I like medium to medium rare. I order steaks medium from this ground. the salatkeil was very good. the two were very good. the two steak filets were very good. my advice would be to book a reservation of 5 pm if they are less busy. my daughter and her husband went in at 8 o'clock and got water and cocktails. the waitress we had was very nice, but she came back pretty fast. we will definitely go back, but book a previous 4:30 reservation.

My boyfriend and I had an AMAZINGGGG date night. The service, the food, the ambiance. Everything was perfect. It was all an experience. More than just a meal. Our server Ian was wonderful. Very nice and knowledgeable. Came by to check on us just enough. Wasn’t suffocating nor did we feel deserted. Our glasses of water were never empty as they were refilled often. No waiting on anything. The managers stopped by as well which is always great to see. They truly care about their customer. Feels very welcoming when they take the time to do so. I truly have never had a PERFECT meal until this one. Nothing was wrong with anything. Nothing was undercooked or over cooked, under seasoned or over seasoned. It was truly spectacular. Will be coming back 1000000%.

If you want to experience excellent service, quality and tasty, flavorful food then Flemings is the place to come to! My husband and I have been coming here for years and we are never disappointed. Ask for Charles or Sarah. They are great!

The food was the excellent but the wine list was well below what a top tier steakhouse show have.
