Flapdoodles Homemade Ice Cream

My family was there last night to get ice cream and the service was terrible. There were 4 employees, a young man came by and began to make a shaker for my son. The rest of us stood there for a few minutes while the other 3 employees spoke together with the register. Only after my wife and I asked if they could help take the rest of our order, they decided to help us. There was a young girl with red hair and she had a very irritated look at her face after we had taken her away from her conversation. She also rolled her eye when I left no tip. I don't give you a tip if I have to ask you to do your job twice. I don't think we'll be back. The ice is good, but also other places in the city.

Great staff. Great location. Quirky unique decor. The ice cream is delicious. My friend and I shared an ice flight. We have the oatmeal, chocolate peanut butter and biscuit monster. All were delicious and both think that the best ice we ever had!

We've been coming to Rochester for a few months and everyone kept telling us to go here for the best ice cream. This trip we finally went, and we are hooked! So, so good!! Now I understand why everyone encouraged us to go!

What a fun little place with some ice cream flavors I have never seen before. Hard to make a choice . . . And it was great . . . which means I will have to go again tomorrow!

Jackie delight flavour was the best for me. If you like ICE CREAM, don't miss the chance of trying it.
