Five Guys - Reservar uma mesa

Last night was my first time trying Five guys- I was starving, it was after 9pm, I saw a five guys and thought id give it a try? The staff here was SO pleasant. It was late at night; they were cleaning and closing up, communication between them seemed fluid, and EVERY interaction I had with a team member included a welcoming smile. Also- that was THE BEST Bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrap I have EVER had! Thank You to the team at Conshy. I?ll be back :

Food amazing. Service quick. The person is the register had a long face. Not friendly at all. I mean, we can have days but she was just not having good experience. I don't want someone smiling all the time, but friendly at least. It's customer service at the end. The guy that gave me the food was super friendly, he should be at the register.

I walked during dinner time and waited at the registers for a several minutes. There were 3 people working the front plus at least 1 in the back office but no one came to take my order. It was not that crowded or busy, either. I finally gave up and left.

Even though it was after the dinner rush, the staff were polite and took our order promptly. Food was cooked to order and very hot. We'll go there again. A bit pricey, but the taste is worth it.

Burgers were good as usual. The lady taking our order looked like she hated everyone. They didn?t have peanut butter shakes.
