Can't say enough about this food and company and staff!! The staff is wonderful and go out the way to help and make sure you get the best service!! Although I am most at Creve Coeur site, this can be said for all 3 locations! I started eating these meals in February 2016 after I moved from Texas. Since I really didn't cook.. These meals were the answer to my food God!!!!!! :o Even my family knew that I was in Fit-Flavor's heaven!!!! I think I can become the poster child for fit fan! From April 2016. I started using these meals quite full-time. Sometimes I would make some of my own breakfasts...yet would rather have some of their delicious meals..especially the big chocolate chip pancake! The best part about all these meals (except the great taste! ... they have all the right portions and nutritional information on each container. How much easier can that be?? I was always in fitness and nutrition. But...Fit fantasies have made things so much better. I lost weight and felt great! I wanted to know more about how to fit these foods with an even better diet plan. Last year around May I visited a free cool chat session with the Dietitian, Allison Leskow. The theme was MyFitnessPal. Since I used MyFitnessPal in the past. I wanted to get more information about how to use it better. Allison was great! She was very informative and so nice! I was curious about Fit-Flavor's food and with this device. Allison said that she could help create a nutritional program with the Fit Flavors foods while tracking everything on the device. That was my main point... so I set up some meetings with her. Allison has set up my program with calories, unlike my previous programs with the breakdowns of macros. Nevertheless, the breakdown with the macros was already on every container. For me. it was so much easier to do calories and not to think about the degradation of everything. My results were almost instant and it is only better and sustainable!! It was so easy to stay focused and on the route with MyFitnessPal!!! It also helps to plan a few meals before, and then I don't even have to consider what to eat, except to see the device what is planned for every meal and snack. And the body knows when to eat time!!!! Trust me!!!!!! And... eating the Fit Flavors food was one of the best things to make this trip so successful. My snacks can be some of the forbidden foods... yes... if they are being persecuted... they fit right into the plan. Even if I go to dinner... it's still easy to track food with the device... so you never have to be away from your plan. Apart from meals in stores, there are some large mass protein dishes order online. With these courts I can still weigh what I need and then add some of my own pages! All right! My favorites are the Naked Sloppy Joe and the Italian Steak! The Herb Chicken has just been added and cannot wait to get some! I can honestly say that at the age of 67... this is the best I've ever seen or felt! My clothes fit amazing and I am in the lowest size and weight I was in a very long time and that has remained consistent. I feel it is due to the correct amount of calories for my body. This has made a big difference with the shape of my body! And I won't be on the Yo-yo track anymore. This is a great way of life! I really want to stress that Allison is the reason to help me to this fantastic place in my life!!! She is the best!!!! Yeah, I'm the one doing the job. But... she's the one who gave me the right tools and direction! I love her and appreciate how much she cares about her customers! And no matter how many customers she has... You and your success are very important to her. I would encourage anyone who wants to make changes and want the true success..to Contact Allison!! It was the best decision I made in a very long time!!

I visit the Creve Coeur store and everyone is friendly. I am consistently greeted upon entering even if employees are busy serving other customers. The store is clean and the food items are well stocked and organized. I love that there is a microwave to heat foods in case I am having a fit-flavor for lunch and can eat at a table on the patio.

My husband is working in St. Louis, so we live in a hotel. I got sick from Fast Food, so I swore here and grabbed some meals. The women worked so sweet and the food was bomb! So macro friendly too. I wish we had you in Chicago.

I love that this food is made from high-quality ingredients, while also at a price point that would pay for any fast, casual lunch you would pay during the week... This is HUGE for StL. It saves me hours a week before dinner.

Excellent flavor, healthy and great portions. Lucky enough to be with in walking distance and eat here often. Smoothie bar is the best in town. Jillian and all the staff are friendly and always helpful.
