Explorer's Den - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered from there yesterday and it took over two hrs for my food to come. It was FREEZING COLD! I live 10 min car ride away. Owner refused to get on the phone to talk. They refused to remake and bring more food. And said that if we wanted a refund we could come and get it. My daughter was home alone and doesn't drive. The girl on the phone was just very rude and ignorant. The owner or manager refusing to get on the phone. 2 hrs late. Just unacceptable! We order from them wayyy too often to be treated like this.

i order all the time, however today i ordered delivery and it took almost two hours to get here when she said 45 minutes. when it arrived my pizza and french fries were cold.
