Escorza's Mexican

I thought Escorza’s was a good place to go for dinner with the top business men in my office and wives. Bad decision. It was embarrassing. I had to apologize to my guests after We left the restaurant. Lack of customer service! Under staffed. Poor management. We waited 25 minutes for a drink. And 1 hour for the food. My BOSS asked for more chips since the We had to wait a long time for the food. He was told that as per management every table, regardless he he size, was entitled to two little baskets of chips. Just give him the chips and put them on the bill.

Stopped by here for Taco Tuesday. We sat inside in the dining area, where only 3 other tables were eating. Never been here before so a little skeptical. They had the doors open with no AC on, it was horrible. We were sweating! It's July during a heat wave c'mon! The server took forever to come back. We ordered tacos for our entrees and had the Sangria pitcher. It took us 45 minutes to get our tacos... the service was just so slow. The tacos were delicious but with no AC and waiting 45 minutes for our food was not worth it.

Just had first visit at Escorza's restaurant. Our meal was delicious especially the Guacamole tableside. Relaxing atmosphere and good service.Nelson was very accommodating and pleasant would definitely return

I went there once. I never went back. It closed.
