I wanted to go here for awhile. Once I did, I couldn’t stop coming here. I’ve came here like 15-20 times, whether it was just for a delicious, flaky patty or for a full meal. I’ve tried pretty much everything they offer here. The best part about this place is that they treat you like family every time you come, not like a random customer at most other places. The prices are very fair and reasonable, and they aren’t trying to make a huge profit off of you. Most of their food is easily worth $50 for having such a high quality and amazing flavor, but instead they only charge $10 to $20. Most places have like 1-5 good dish. This place doesn’t have a single bad dish and there’s like 15 different dishes here. Unfortunately, they are having disagreements with their landlord, so today (5/13/23) is their last day. I’m really hoping that they find a new place soon because it sucks to see one of the best restaurants in the State and the US disappear. Once I learned about the closing, I came here 4 times this week. In this picture, I ate Mac and cheese, Rasta pasta with chicken, griot, rice and beans, and collared greens. All of it was delicious.
