Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the management of the expiration dates of several products. Trusting your brand, I bought at the beginning of September, without checking, an Bio Village olive oil as well as a box of organic barley grass powder with a use-by date, both of which were well past their due date. I kept these 2 products but during another visit to your store I checked this time: a single box of barley grass still on the shelf but still dated August 2023. I took the trouble to removed from the shelf and went to hand-deliver it to a hostess in a reception desk located in the store, explaining the problem. Yesterday, what did I see in the organic section? 2 cans of barley grass, consumption date August 2023... This is unacceptable and dishonest. That a control error occurs in the monitoring of products, I can easily imagine, but that no rectification takes place when the error is reported and moreover that we continue to knowingly stock the shelves with expired foodstuffs to liquidating stocks is akin to fraud.
