El Torero - Reservar uma mesa

I love el torero just... my favorite time for a visit is the lunch on Sunday... very lively atmosphere and delicious food. meat and seafood are equally well represented on the menu and everything I have ever eaten here was very good. the restaurant also offers some unusual dishes (at least for walldorf), which I love: kutteln, kichererbsen, orangenkrake etc. ... the lammhaxe is a dream. the wee are excellent and the service is friendly and efficient.In good weather you can sit outside beside a beautiful children's playground - far away from the car traffic.

I have been living in walldorf for 3 years and the el torero is probably the best place to take a decent dinner during their stay in sap city. the seafood plates are spectacular, but also quite affordable (18 eur!) the owners come from galicien and their hospitality is impressive. they will feel at home immediately. the place is a bit remote (1.4 km from the city center) and the neighbourhood is more a residential area. we are a German-Brazilian family that is not easy to impress with seafood, but el dorado did it!

the location is something hidden in the small town. without car it could be difficult to reach it. but the effort is definitely worth it. I was there with my friends and we ordered paella that you don't always get in any Spanish restaurant in Germany. a large pan filled with seafood looks just stunning. After we have done everything, we start talking about the next visit! highly recommended!

we had a family dinner on a Sunday night. the place was full, so the service was also quite busy. within the time ordered and the waitress was very friendly. Unfortunately, our eating took 1.5 hours and the quality was back after the expectations. we will not return!

considering that this is a small pub / restaurant-like place in the middle of the mainland without direct access to the sea, the fish plate and the seafood plate have always been a great pleasure.
